WHAT IS EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE (EFT)?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a quick and simple procedure that has been clinically proven to eliminate stress and emotional issues rapidly – within minutes. It is also known as “Tapping” or emotional acupressure. It combines basic principles of psychology with the ancient Chinese medical practice of acupressure. It can be used with many different kinds of problems and conditions. It involves tapping specific points on the body, in a particular sequence.
It works by tapping on specific acupressure points while tuning into an emotion thereby reducing the intensity of a traumatic memory or phobia, compulsion, fear, stress, food craving, mental blockage and numerous other issues that are influenced by the mind.
